Responsibilities

  • Address customer concerns through various channels.
  • Coordinate and oversee field technician assignments.
  • Manage in-house equipment repairs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with installations and repairs.
  • Offer technical support to customers.
  • Assist clients with basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate work documentation.
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Uphold company standards and regulations.

Must Have

  • Graduate of Management or any related courses, Computer Science, IT or any related computer technology courses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literate in MS Word and Excel
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
  • Entry levels and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
