Must Have
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related field experience.
- Proficient in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Effective Communication, Training, Learning, Analytical, Writing, Record-keeping, Decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Office Productivity Softwares
