Job Description
The Human Resource Assistant shall be in charge of day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Main Functions:
- Selection and recruitment of applicants, processing of Personnel Requisition Form, job posting, initial interview, psychological assessment, schedule of interview with concerned manager, contract preparation, and orientation of new employees
- Update online job posting requirements to hire the best candidates
- Manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Timely accomplishment of performance appraisals and regularization of new employees
- Maintaining records of SL and VL in software, and forwards forms of same to payroll personnel
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Preparation and dissemination of announcements to all departments
- Scheduling and facilitation of administrative hearing
- Planning and facilitation of company events with the Asst. Manager for Operations and Administration
- Processing of employee resignation
- Explaining and providing information on employee benefits such as maternity and sickness benefits, medical assistance programs, and training, among others
- Maintenance of 201 files
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Available for online interview as soon as possible
- Can start immediately
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Skills Needed: Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Effective Communication, Training, Learning, Analytical, Writing, Record-keeping, Decision-making skills, MS Office and other Human Resource Software application is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
